Wedding Ceremony & Marquee Reception | Liddington Gardens

The Ceremony & Marquee Reception Package includes:

  • Susi Liddington Creative Weddings Consultancy Service to plan and coordinate requirements, including Goods and Service providers and Coordination on a day prior to, and including the Wedding day.
  • Refer to Wedding Consultancy Service for specific details.
  • Susi Liddington Creative Design and Styling Service for initial consultation of Design and Styling Concept requirements.
  • One 12 metre x 6 metre White Marquee for the Chefs/Caterer’s and Buffet Service or Dance Floor area provided for use in conjunction with a separate Marquee suitable for the number of guests anticipated.
  • Cost of additional Marquee, Tables, Table Linens, Chairs, Table Crockery – entrée and Dinner Plates and Dessert Plates or Bowls, Cutlery and Glassware are not included in this package.
  • Rustic free- standing Wooden Doors to form Screens are provided between Chef Area and Buffet.

NB: By special arrangement between Susi Liddington Creative and Combined Hire, an additional day hire of the additional Clip Frame Marquee is included. Thursday installation, dismantle Monday.

  • Standard Set up of the Reception Venue and additional Hired Clip Fame Marquee includes:
  • Unloading and assembling Bridal Tables, Table Linen, Chairs, Guest Tables, Table Linen and Chairs, Buffet Tables and Table Linen
  • Setting Hired Crockery, Cutlery, Glassware and Linen Napkins.
  •  Personalized Seating Plan.
  • Positioning of Guest Favours, Table Centre Pieces and T-lites as per prior arrangement with Susi Liddington Creative Service.
  • Arranging Ceremony Chairs and other equipment and decorative items that are included in this package.

 NB: Decorations, floral arrangements, candles, lanterns, fairy lights, furnishings and soft furnishings for all areas not specified or included in this package will be charged separately.

Standard Dismantle of Ceremony and Reception Venue, and the additional Hired Clip Frame Marquee includes:

  • Clearing and Stacking all Hired Tables, Table Linens including Napkins, Chairs, Crockery, Cutlery and Glassware for collection by Hire Company.
  • Disposal of all Bottles, Non-Organic and Organic Waste
  • Cleaning and storing all Exclusive Weddings Decorative Hire Items.

NB: It is the sole responsibility of the Hirer to abide by the Terms and Conditions required by the Hire Company regarding damage or loss of any and all, hired items.

Exclusive access to Liddington Gardens on a day prior to the wedding to:

  • Conduct the wedding rehearsal, including installing the PA equipment and music accompaniment as per arrangement.
  • Finalize the Photography Schedule.
  • Finalize Details and Time –Line Schedules.
  • Exclusive Access to Liddington Gardens on the Wedding Day for the duration of the Marriage Ceremony, the photography Schedule and the Reception until departure at midnight
  • Two Exclusive Weddings Attendants for the duration of the wedding with departure at midnight.
  • Set up and Supply the following Decorative and Furnishing Items included in Package as follows:
  • Ceremony arch of your choice. May include a Picture Frame or Wooden Arch  with Sheer Drape or Ribbon and Lace Drape, colour coordinated as per arrangement in overall decorating concept with Susi Liddington Creative
  • Ceremony Signing table, Decoration, Pens and Two Chairs
  • Cake Table, Silver Cake Knife and Silver Cake Slice
  • Drinks Table and Table Linen
  • Four 10 Litre Glass Urns for Beverages.
  • Table Decoration
  • Canapé Table and Table Linen
  • Four large Mirror Platters with Four Cake Stands.
  • Galvanized Tub for iced beverages.

NB: Canapés, Beverages and Ice not included.

  • Six White 3 metre x 3 metre Market Umbrellas and six 25 kg stands.

NB: The use of the umbrellas is strictly Weather dependent

  • Large White Rectangle Platters and Dipping Dishes for canapés, mains and dessert presentation.
  • White Ceramic Jugs and Gravy Boats
  • Dipping Spoons,  Cheese Knives and Serving Utensils
  • Two rustic Bench Seats and other furniture items  that are permanently situated in the Gardens
  • One Shabby- chic Cast Iron Couch with Neutral Cushions
  • Exclusive access to Hire additional unique decorative and furnishing items from the Susi Liddington Creative Collection that are not available to the public.

  • Two Portaloos with hand sanitizer
  • Private and Extensive off-road parking and parking signs.
  • Private access for Bridal cars

NB: You may supply your own alcohol. There is no corkage fee or surcharge applied
