Wedding Ceremony and Reception Package

  • Planning and facilitation of all wedding requirements including goods and service providers throughout the planning process
    Susi Liddington Creative Consultancy Service will also provide coordination and event management on a day prior to, and including, the Wedding day. Refer to Wedding Consultancy Service for specific details
  • Design and Styling Service
    Includes consultation and a personal, comprehensive Decorating Concept Plan and Staging with unlimited access to hire any decorating items in the Susi Liddington Creative Collection, in addition to those items featured in this package – refer to Inventory of decorating items to hire
  • Exclusive Access to Liddington Gardens prior to the wedding day
    • For supervised wedding ceremony rehearsal, including installing the PA equipment and music accompaniment as per arrangement
    • For delivery of alcohol, ice and personal décor items
    • For delivery and arrangement of ceremony chairs, required decorative items and other equipment
    • For finalizing of photography, music, catering, timeline and schedules
  •  Exclusive Access to Liddington Gardens on the wedding day
    • For the duration of the marriage ceremony, photography schedule and reception until departure at midnight
    • Private access for bridal cars
    • Private and extensive off-road parking and parking signs for guests
  • Standard Setup of the Ceremony and Reception Venue and Clip Frame Marquee, including:
    • Unloading and assembling of bridal tables, guest tables, buffet tables, table linen, chairs, according to personalized seating plan
    • Arranging ceremony chairs, ceremony arch and other equipment and decorative items that are included in this package, as per concept plan
    • Setup of crockery, cutlery, glassware, and linen napkins
    • Positioning of guest favours, table centrepieces, tealight candles, guest signing book, gifts and table cards as per prior arrangement with Susi Liddington Creative Service
  • Standard Dismantling of the Ceremony and Reception Venue, and Clip Frame Marquee, including:
    • Clearing and stacking all hired tables, table linen, chairs, crockery, cutlery, glassware, linen and napkins for collection
    • Disposal of all waste – organic, burnable / non-burnable, and glass
    • Cleaning and storage of all hired wedding decorative items
  • 2x experienced attendants for the duration of the wedding up till midnight
    Additional experienced attendants are required for weddings with over 50 guests, at a separate cost
  • 2x closed-system flush portaloos, equipped with hand sanitizer
  • 1x White Marquee (12 metre x 6 metre)
    For F&B, buffet lines, drinks and dessert stations, lounge and / or dance floor area, provided for use in conjunction with a separate marquee suitable for the number of guests anticipated
  • Rustic Free-standing Wooden Doors
    Provided to serve as screens between the food preparation area and public buffet lines area

BYO alcohol, wine, beer and / or spirits. There is no corkage fee or surcharge applied.

Cost of additional marquee, tables, table linens, chairs, table crockery – entrée and dinner plates and dessert plates or bowls, cutlery and glassware – are not included in this package.

Canapés, beverages and ice are not included.

The use of umbrellas, floor cushions, picnic blankets and games and cushions is strictly weather dependent.

All other decorations, props, table centrepieces, floral arrangements, candles, lanterns, fairy lights, furnishings and soft furnishings for all areas not specified, or included in this package, will be charged separately.
